Operations Manager – Healthcare

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead procurement, inventory, and front‑office functions for a healthcare provider operating across Singapore. You will work closely with nursing, finance, administration and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement and sourcing of medical and non‑medical supplies.
• Control inventory levels, conduct stock audits and forecast demand.
• Maintain supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, pricing and monitor vendor performance.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Oversee procurement budgets, track spending and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with nursing, finance, administration and operations teams on daily activities.
• Supervise front‑office operations, including call handling, visitor management and staff competency.
• Arrange medical transport for residents and support emergency procurement.
• Assist with special projects, contract management and business development initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector.
