Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimise our island‑wide operations in Singapore. You will ensure that all processes run efficiently, cost‑effectively, and in compliance with legal standards while supporting the growth of our beauty business.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost‑effective manner.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
• Maintain legal compliance across organisational processes.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Analyse financial data to enhance profitability.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff.
• Identify ways to increase the quality of customer service.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with business and financial principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Outstanding organisational skills.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
