Operations Manager

About the role

Kyndryl runs and reimagines the mission-critical technology systems that power leading businesses, and is looking for an Operations Manager in Singapore. The manager leads end-to-end service delivery operations, earning the trust of customers and stakeholders and driving high-impact initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service delivery operations
• Ensure contractual KPIs and SLAs are met
• Manage operational risks and escalations
• Drive service improvement programmes
• Lead operational governance meetings
• Manage audits, compliance and reporting requirements
• Coordinate transition, transformation and modernization initiatives
• Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of infrastructure or managed services experience
• Minimum 5 years in a service delivery or operations leadership role
• Customer-focused, with a growth mindset and inclusive approach to working with others

Preferred skills

• ITIL Intermediate or Managing Professional certification
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Proven experience in a public sector or government environment
• Hands-on experience managing multi-vendor service providers and large-scale operations
