Operations Supervisor – Frontline Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead our frontline team at our Clementi facility. The role bridges senior management and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage employee schedules, delegate tasks and mentor team members.
• Monitor key performance indicators, evaluate productivity and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain workflow efficiency, resolve operational bottlenecks and handle customer or staff complaints.
• Enforce company policies, labour regulations and workplace health and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit reports on attendance, performance metrics and team progress to senior management.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of proven supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Strong conflict‑resolution and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Ability to track and analyse performance data.
• Proficiency in using standard office tools for reporting.
