About the role
The Operations Supervisor will lead the day‑to‑day activities of our seafood processing unit, ensuring efficient workflows and high‑quality output. You will work closely with senior management to align operational goals with business strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the efficiency of operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in strategic planning and goal‑setting for the business.
- Analyse business requirements and customer needs to drive operational decisions.
- Research and implement methods to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
- Monitor and report on department performance metrics.
- Supervise, train, and develop team members.
- Provide administrative support to the department.
Required profile
- Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
- Willingness to work night and split shifts, as well as extra hours or weekends when required.
