Operations Supervisor – Process & Team Management

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will lead the day‑to‑day efficiency of our confectionery production processes. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to align operational activities with strategic goals, ensuring high quality output and cost‑effective performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the efficiency of operational processes across the manufacturing floor.
• Participate in strategic planning and goal‑setting for business functions, including customer support.
• Analyze business requirements and customer needs to drive process improvements.
• Research and implement methods to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
• Monitor, measure and report on department performance metrics.
• Supervise, coach and train employees to achieve operational excellence.
• Provide administrative support such as inventory updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising production or operations teams, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate staff and coordinate with other departments.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
