Operations Support Specialist – Integrated Process Team

About the role

Reporting to the Operations Senior Manager, the Operations Support Specialist will coordinate and support manufacturing activities for the Integrated Process Team (IPT). The role bridges production, quality, and engineering to ensure smooth batch execution and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Production Leaders with resource allocation, technical training, and ad‑hoc shop‑floor activities.
• Perform post‑packaging batch documentation review and drive straight‑through documentation improvements, including serialization.
• Act as IPT SAP Super‑User and serialization subject‑matter expert.
• Prepare and issue production documents (batch records, labels, SOPs, work instructions) and lead change executions.
• Manage purchase orders and inventory for consumables, PPE, tools, and equipment supporting qualification and commercial batches.
• Support safety, compliance, and audit activities to meet EHS and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics or technical support.
• Good knowledge of Safety and GMP regulations is an advantage.
• Strong work ethic, result‑driven mindset and effective communication.

Required skills

• SAP (Super‑User) and serialization expertise.
• Documentation preparation, review and management.

• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance.
• Machinery operation and manufacturing operations.
• Process improvement tools (8‑step problem solving, SMED, 5S).
