Oracle ERP Finance Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's Oracle Consulting services team helps clients use Oracle's cloud applications to transform finance, HR and tax functions, and to go live on time and on budget. As a Senior Associate you will deliver end-to-end Oracle finance transformation projects, blending technical skills with creativity to turn ideas into solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects focused on end-to-end Oracle finance transformation, covering modules such as GL, AP, AR, Expense, Procurement and Projects.
• Work with clients to transform their businesses using industry-leading methodologies.
• Be available to travel to client sites across South East Asia and potentially internationally.
• When needed, carry out additional responsibilities such as business case development, requirements gathering, workshop delivery, business process design, functional and technical design, vendor selection, systems build, test and deploy, stakeholder and change management, and people/line management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of experience delivering financial systems implementations, preferably in financial services.
• A minimum of 2 full-lifecycle ERP financial/procurement implementation projects, one led on a finance module (GL, AP, AR, Projects or Procurement).
• A minimum of 1 full-lifecycle implementation on Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree as a minimum; Oracle specialism or certification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving, presentation and client relationship skills.

Required skills

• Experience in ERP procurement, accounts payable, invoice scanning and matching, expenses, tax, subledger accounting, approvals management, data migration and OTBI reporting.
• Knowledge of supplier management and data flow.
• Experience in requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, functional configuration, testing, integration, training and post-go-live support.
• Desirable: contracts management and supplier portal, third-party integrations, SEA tax and localization requirements, and clear articulation of finance ERP implementation considerations.
