Outbound Telemarketer – Auto Insurance

About the role

IRMA‑Insights is seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Telemarketer to join its Singapore contact‑center team. You will focus on promoting auto‑insurance products to prospective customers, scheduling consultation appointments and converting qualified leads into policyholders.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and present auto‑insurance solutions.
• Schedule appointments for sales consultants and follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and customer‑service teams to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Provide feedback on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset, able to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing, sales or a related field.
• Diploma or equivalent; BCP and PGI certification required.
• Familiarity with auto‑insurance products is an advantage.
