Outreach Manager – Special Projects

About the role

The Outreach Manager will work closely with CDCV Ambassadors and Community Officers to engage merchants, hawkers and heartland enterprises in the CDC Vouchers scheme. You will coordinate trainings, gather human‑interest stories and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with CDCV Ambassadors and COs to recruit merchants, hawkers and enterprises for the voucher programme.
• Organise and deliver meetings, briefings and training sessions on the CDC voucher system.
• Collect and compile human‑interest stories related to the scheme.
• Handle payments, budget planning and other financial aspects of the voucher programme.
• Serve as the main help‑desk contact for merchants, community centres and associations, liaising with GovTech on technical issues.
• Build and maintain networks with merchants and hawkers associations in partnership with senior management.
• Support event launches and other initiatives under the CDC Vouchers Scheme.
• Participate in task‑force meetings with GovTech for system enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional language (Chinese, Malay or Tamil) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
