Outreach Manager – Special Projects

About the role

The Outreach Manager (Special Project) will act as the administrator and facilitator for the CDC’s outreach programme, connecting constituency offices, community partners, merchants, residents and other stakeholders. Working closely with the Senior Manager, you will lead engagement initiatives and support the CDC Ambassadors team.

Key responsibilities

• Engage constituency offices, community partners, merchants and hawkers to onboard and support them.
• Gather human‑interest stories and manage CDC Ambassadors, including performance, development and morale.
• Handle enquiries and feedback from residents, merchants and other stakeholders, crafting timely responses.
• Coordinate and support outreach activities, following up on technical or operational issues.
• Maintain and update stakeholder and partner databases, ensuring data quality through regular cleaning and validation.
• Perform simple data analysis using Excel and prepare regular or ad‑hoc reports and dashboards for management.
• Prepare presentation materials, meeting minutes and support ad‑hoc projects such as event launches.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience; experience leading a small team is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and data‑analytical abilities.
• Team‑player attitude, self‑starter mindset and good relationship‑management skills.
• IT‑savvy with willingness to work occasional weekends as needed.
