Owner Representative & Head of Asset Management (Managing Director)

About the role

The Owner Representative & Head of Asset Management will act as the principal guardian of ownership interests across a globally diversified real‑estate portfolio that includes luxury hotels, assisted‑living communities, mixed‑use developments and build‑to‑rent assets. Reporting directly to senior ownership, the executive provides strategic oversight, commercial leadership and operational accountability for all assets worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Represent ownership in all interactions with operators, managers, consultants, lenders, legal advisors and governmental authorities.
• Protect, preserve and enhance ownership interests in operational, financial, legal and strategic matters.
• Oversee portfolio performance, approve business plans and allocate capital across asset classes.
• Guide development projects, evaluate acquisition and redevelopment opportunities, and drive asset‑enhancement initiatives.
• Monitor and manage third‑party operators and property‑management companies to ensure alignment with ownership objectives.
• Lead governance, stakeholder management and reporting to shareholders.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in real‑estate asset management, preferably across hospitality, senior housing and mixed‑use sectors.
• Proven track record of maximizing asset value and delivering investment performance in international markets.
• Strong commercial judgment, financial sophistication and ability to make capital‑allocation decisions.
• Executive presence with excellent stakeholder‑management and negotiation skills.
