Paralegal – Contracts Executive

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑minded Paralegal to support the review, drafting, organisation and administration of commercial contracts within a technical services environment. The role works closely with engineering, operations and sales/project teams to ensure contracts accurately reflect operational and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review client and vendor contracts, identify commercial risks and prepare mark‑ups and amendments.
• Draft NDAs, consultancy agreements, service agreements, subcontractor contracts and other commercial documents.
• Maintain a structured contract repository, manage version control and track renewals, expiry dates and key obligations.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to align contracts with technical deliverables.
• Support insurance compliance checks, subcontractor documentation reviews and vendor/client due diligence.
• Prepare internal contract briefings, risk summaries and assist in resolving contractual issues before escalation.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Law, Legal Studies or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in a paralegal or contracts support role.
• Exposure to engineering, maritime, offshore, oil & gas or technical services environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with commercial contracts and risk allocation.
