Part Time Clinic Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Part‑Time Clinic Assistant to support our multi‑location clinics across Singapore. You will work at the front counter, interact with patients, and assist clinicians during consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform basic clinical duties at the front counter, including patient registration and triage.
• Submit medical claims to TPAs, CHAS and MediSave accurately and on time.
• Dispense medications and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Assist doctors during procedures such as ECG, wound dressing, nebulisation, and provide translation support when needed.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions, maintaining accurate records.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Clinic Manager or doctors.

Required profile

• Interest in healthcare and patient care.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and independently or as part of a team.
• Availability to start on short notice and travel between clinic locations.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates are welcome.

Required skills

• Basic IT proficiency.
