Part-Time Customer Service Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Orchard, Choa Chu Kang. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with enquiries, course recommendations and purchases while supporting daily administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer service queries and requests via phone, email or in‑person.
• Advise prospective students on music courses, handle enrolments and collect fees.
• Sell books, musical instruments and manage inventory levels.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry and document preparation.
• Compile statistical reports on payment backlogs, sales revenue, student intake and drop‑outs.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Availability to work 3‑4 days per week, including Saturdays, Sundays and retail hours (evenings and weekends).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
