Part-time Office Administration Executive

About the role

Pacific Basin is seeking a part‑time Office Administration Executive to support its Singapore office and regional team. You will provide comprehensive administrative, HR, and finance assistance while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage office supplies, couriers, and general maintenance.
• Coordinate travel, meetings, visitor reception, phone handling, and mail.
• Assist senior management with ad‑hoc tasks.
• Support monthly payroll processing and maintain employee records.
• Handle work permits, visa administration, and onboarding logistics.
• Process invoices, staff claims, petty cash, and basic expense tracking.
• Liaise with vendors on administrative matters.
• Maintain proper filing, documentation, and team coordination activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of administrative or HR support experience.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and reliable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a part‑time setup.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
