Partner Director – Pinterest APAC

About the role

We are looking for a Partner Director to lead Pinterest’s commercial partnerships across the APAC region from our Singapore hub. The role will shape regional growth strategy, build long‑term relationships with agencies, advertisers and resellers, and drive revenue for Pinterest within Aleph’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with key agency groups, advertisers, resellers and business partners across APAC.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and expand existing relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Client Partners and cross‑functional teams to create scalable go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Lead commercial conversations with senior stakeholders and position Pinterest as a strategic growth partner.
• Design and execute regional partnership strategies that accelerate acquisition, retention and long‑term growth.
• Analyse market trends, performance data and partnership opportunities to inform expansion and optimisation.
• Support forecasting, pipeline management and strategic planning to meet ambitious revenue targets.
• Partner with global product, marketing, operations and partnership teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
• Represent Pinterest at industry events, leadership forums and partner engagements across APAC.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in digital media sales, online advertising or platform partnerships.
• Proven experience leading regional or multi‑market teams within APAC.
• Strong track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets.
