Key Account Manager – Existing Business

About the role

Lyreco is looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of active corporate accounts in Singapore. You will be responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth through upselling, cross‑selling and delivering tailored solutions that showcase Lyreco’s value proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a list of active corporate accounts in Singapore.
• Identify and act on upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to achieve profitable growth.
• Present Lyreco’s capabilities and ensure customers fully understand the value proposition.
• Conduct regular Account Development Plans via face‑to‑face meetings or video calls.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing) to provide customized solutions.
• Coordinate special sourcing requests, manage pricing and margins.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and update the CRM system.
• Work with the International Account Manager to comply with global tender and agreement conditions.
• Support digitalisation of the order‑to‑pay process using Lyreco e‑solutions.
• Partner with the Corporate Inside Sales team to optimise sales processes.
• Perform ad‑hoc assignments as required by management.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma in any field.
• 2‑3 years of B2B experience engaging with large corporate accounts or in service‑based sales.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and sales pipeline management abilities.
• Good communication, persuasion and organisational skills.
• Physical ability to meet job demands; a diving licence is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
