About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Partnership Executive to drive account acquisition and growth across merchant units in Singapore. You will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships that boost revenue and enhance merchant performance.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire, develop, and grow new merchant accounts in Singapore.
- Lead end‑to‑end partnership processes: lead generation, prospecting, meetings, contracts, onboarding, integration, and post‑partnership follow‑up.
- Define success metrics for each partnership and execute strategies to improve merchant revenue.
- Maintain operational relationships with corporate merchant accounts, providing ongoing support and communication.
- Assist with lead generation by segmenting merchant types and identifying partnership opportunities.
- Support administrative tasks such as contract filing, tracking sheets, and weekly reporting.
- Collaborate with international and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Serve as primary point of contact for merchant queries and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic, relationship‑focused individual with a go‑getters attitude.
- Strategic thinker with a long‑term approach to deal‑making.
- Minimum 2‑3 years of sales or partnership experience.
- Strong commercial awareness and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Start‑up mindset: collaborative, hands‑on, and able to work independently.
