Patient Service Associate – 6‑Month Contract (Woodlands)

About the role
This is a 6‑month contract position supporting a busy clinic in Woodlands. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling registration, administrative tasks and basic clinical support under supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Greet walk‑in and appointment patients, manage queues and update personal particulars in the clinic system.
- Handle appointment scheduling, verify test orders, explain procedure instructions and manage consent forms.
- Collect payments, issue receipts and reconcile end‑of‑day transaction records.
- Take basic measurements such as weight, height, BMI and conduct vision screening under nurse or physician supervision.
- Manage clinic inventory, stationery supplies and assist at community outreach events.
Required profile
- Minimum N/O/A/NITEC qualification in any course.
- Some experience in healthcare is an advantage.
