Patient Service Associate Executive

About the role

SingHealth is looking for a Patient Service Associate Executive to handle appointment and general enquiry calls from members of the public and patients, with high service quality and operational standards. The role also covers patient feedback, service-related incidents and enquiries about consultation rates and medical packages.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage appointment and general enquiry calls, and provide one-stop information and assistance to callers when needed
• Handle patient feedback and resolve service-related incidents
• Answer enquiries such as consultation rates and medical package details
• Liaise with other departments on call centre services and procedures
• Assist the Call Centre Supervisor in formulating and implementing department processes and procedures
• Perform administrative duties such as preparing and maintaining staff leave records, conducting monthly staff performance audits and updating and sharing relevant information with staff

Required profile

• Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience; healthcare experience is advantageous
• Call centre experience is an added advantage
• Able to converse clearly and well
• Able to work alternate Saturdays
