About the role
SingHealth is hiring a Patient Service Associate Executive for its Radiology department. The role delivers professional customer service to support the smooth operation of the department.
Key responsibilities
- Perform frontline duties including registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering, financial counselling and handling patient requests or enquiries
- Reconcile counter collections and ensure timely submission of reports to the Business Office
- Coach and guide new staff on department workflows and processes
- Take part in quality improvement activities
Required profile
- Diploma with at least 2 years' relevant experience in healthcare, hospitality or customer service
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Supervision and mentoring experience is advantageous
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
