About the role
SingHealth is hiring a Senior / Patient Service Associate for its Specialist Clinics Operations team. The role covers managing patient appointments and clinic sessions through the system, along with other administrative duties.
Key responsibilities
- Effect clinic session changes in the system and liaise with stakeholders to manage patient appointments
- Handle other administrative duties
- Meet quality standards and achieve department KPIs on a monthly basis
- Provide excellent customer service and meticulous administrative support
- Carry out any other duties assigned from time to time
Required profile
- GCE 'N'/'O'/'A' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in a relevant discipline
- 1 to 2 years of work experience, preferably in healthcare; candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Working schedule: Monday to Friday office hours (staggered), with one half day on Saturday morning every 6 weeks.
