People & Culture Intern

About the role

Logitech is hiring a People & Culture (P&C) intern based in Singapore. You will support strategic projects and initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Global Commercial Organization's People & Culture team, working closely with the P&C Organizational Business Partner team. The internship gives hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement and strategic programs.

Key responsibilities

• Support the P&C Organizational Business Partner team and assist with initiatives that improve employee experience and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate and support administrative tasks for team deliverables.
• Help design and roll out employee engagement strategies, analyse engagement feedback and propose improvements.
• Contribute to projects such as the GCO Global Developing Professionals Program and other talent development initiatives, including data gathering and analysis.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing HR tools and platforms, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support DEI initiatives, including designing campaigns, workshops or resources for inclusion and cultural awareness.

Required profile

• Current undergraduate student, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time commitment of at least 35 hours per week over 12 months, with a flexible schedule of 2-3 days per week during academic terms and 5 days per week during semester breaks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
