People & Culture Intern (Jan-Jun 2027)

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is looking for a People & Culture Intern for its International & Corporate, AI Central team in Singapore. The internship runs from January to June 2027 and gives students broad exposure to employee experience, learning, talent and organisational initiatives. You will support engagement, projects, onboarding and team operations.

Key responsibilities

• Engagement: help plan and run team-building, wellness and team events, write internal communications and gather employee feedback
• Projects: support ad-hoc initiatives, analyse engagement survey results and dashboards, and research industry benchmarks
• Learning and development: coordinate learning sessions, prepare materials and track completion rates
• Talent management: support talent identification, career pathways and succession planning
• Onboarding and offboarding: support documentation, exit interviews and employee transitions
• Admin: process invoices, prepare HR reports and trackers, and support the intern engagement committee

Required profile

• Eager to learn in an HR environment, with exposure across business units and regional offices
• Proactive, detail-oriented, curious and organised
