People Experience Intern (Lifecycle Experience)

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is looking for a People Experience Intern (Jan to Jun 2027) to join its People Experience Team. You will work closely with the team on initiatives that improve people experiences across the employee lifecycle and support people-centric goals. The role is hands-on and covers areas such as employee onboarding, offboarding and people engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle initiatives by helping design and run onboarding, offboarding and other key moments that shape workplace culture.
• Work with people partners, leadership teams and other stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Create internal communications for employee communities, knowledge hubs and programmes.
• Analyse market trends, survey data and employee feedback to inform people programmes.
• Track and report on programme progress to support continuous improvement.
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.

Required profile

• Currently studying in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Arts & Social Sciences or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with good organisation and time management.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
