People & Organisation Development Intern (Jan-Jun 2027)

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is looking for a People & Organisation Development Intern from January to June 2027. The internship lets students interested in workplace culture, employee experience, learning and change work on projects that improve how an organisation performs and evolves, with exposure to organisational development, culture-building and transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support organisational development initiatives that strengthen individual, team and organisational effectiveness, and help plan and run OD strategies and programmes aligned with business goals
• Support workshops, training programmes and team development activities, including preparing materials, tracking participation and following up after sessions
• Work with stakeholders across the organisation to understand needs, support change management through coordination and communication, and turn improvement opportunities into practical actions
• Support culture and engagement initiatives, conduct research and analyse data to find trends and opportunities, and help prepare presentations, summaries and reports
• Take part in the interns engagement committee, help plan intern events and work with fellow interns and stakeholders to organise intern initiatives

Required profile

• Undergraduate majoring in Business or Marketing
• Strong interest in organisation development, culture and people strategy
• Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, able to manage several tasks and projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate with people at all levels
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
