Performance Content Producer

About the role

Heroes of Digital is looking for a Performance Content Producer to join its Creative Studio. You will work closely with Creative Strategy and Design teams to turn data‑driven briefs into video and photo assets that drive paid and organic social performance.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot and edit video and photo content according to strategic briefs, focusing on performance metrics rather than just visual polish.
• Produce a variety of formats—including Reels, native social ads, brand videos, and photography—while maintaining consistent monthly output.
• Monitor content performance, identify successful hooks and pacing, and apply insights to future edits.
• Track project status and deadlines in Monday.com, ensuring visibility without constant follow‑up.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Design on every brief, offering suggestions for improvement.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends, new production tools, and AI‑enhanced workflows.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on video production experience with a portfolio that includes shooting and editing.
• Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, or a related field.
• Curiosity about performance data and willingness to adapt creative work based on results.
• Strong ownership mindset: self‑track tasks, flag blockers early, and meet deadlines without chasing.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
