Performance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Manager to lead paid‑media planning, activation and optimisation for a leading jewellery brand across Southeast Asian markets. Based in a regional hub, you will collaborate with local market teams, platform partners and cross‑functional specialists to deliver full‑funnel media strategies that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and translate business objectives into integrated paid‑media strategies across Search, Social, Video, Programmatic and OOH.
• Identify market opportunities, define audience segments and recommend budget allocations.
• Oversee campaign activation, structure, bidding and audience segmentation, ensuring consistency while allowing local nuances.
• Monitor performance against KPIs (Revenue, ROAS, CPA, traffic, acquisition, reach, brand lift) and proactively optimise for efficient growth.
• Lead weekly, monthly and campaign reporting for SEA markets, turning data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with local teams and platform partners to align on strategy, execution and performance goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance marketing and paid‑media management across multiple channels.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into business‑focused media plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to work with cross‑functional and regional teams.
• Ability to navigate multi‑market complexities and adapt strategies to local nuances.
• Availability to start immediately is a priority.
