Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

Storefriendly, a leading self‑storage provider in Singapore, is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to drive qualified leads and improve marketing efficiency across digital channels. You will work closely with external agencies and internal teams to turn marketing activities into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support and optimise paid, owned and organic campaigns, monitoring cost per lead, conversion rate and lead quality.
• Identify optimisation opportunities through testing, targeting and messaging adjustments.
• Own website performance from a marketing perspective, enhancing landing pages, calls‑to‑action and conversion funnels.
• Plan and execute remarketing initiatives to re‑engage non‑converted users.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to align lead quality expectations and improve targeting.
• Execute email nurturing and promotional campaigns.
• Support social‑media activities focused on engagement and campaign goals.
• Track, analyse and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and ad platform data.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads, either directly or via agencies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
