Permit Declarant Officer – Import/Export (3‑Month Contract)

About the role

Join a professional corporate environment in Singapore and gain hands‑on exposure to import/export, logistics, and customs operations. As a Permit Declarant Officer you will support trade documentation and permit declaration processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Check and verify supplier pricing and invoices.
• Assist with applications for Letters of Credit.
• Perform customs‑related functions, including customs duty and permit declarations.
• Ensure trade and shipping documentation is accurately processed.
• Support import/export and logistics administrative activities.
• Carry out other operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum NITEC or equivalent qualification, preferably in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Experience in import/export, 3PL, supply chain or logistics is advantageous.
• Customs Competency Test for Declarants certificate is a plus.
• Good communication and language proficiency.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable handling documentation.
