About the role

ALLSET is seeking an enthusiastic Personal Trainer dedicated to seniors’ health and wellbeing. You will join a fast‑moving team that blends fitness services with health‑tech innovation, delivering tailored exercise programs for older adults.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one and group personal training sessions for senior clients.
• Assist in creating newsletter content that promotes healthy ageing.
• Organise and support online "Exercise for Seniors" courses and in‑person workshops.
• Contribute to the development of ALLSET’s health‑tech solution.

Required profile

• Passionate about healthy ageing and committed to high standards of safety.
• Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast‑paced environment and work independently.
• Willingness to work weekends and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
• Accountable and interested in multiple aspects of the business.
• Relevant qualification in Sports and Exercise Science or a related field.
