Pharmaceutical Product Specialist

About the role

The Pharmaceutical Product Specialist will work in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial healthcare environment, focusing on consultative selling and building long‑term relationships with doctors, specialists and healthcare institutions across Singapore. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy scientific product detailing and developing new business opportunities in specialist therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, specialists, clinics and healthcare institutions.
• Develop and grow assigned medical territories and accounts.
• Conduct product detailing and scientific discussions with healthcare professionals.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and create account plans.
• Organise and support educational meetings, Lunch & Learn sessions and product presentations.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to management.
• Maintain high‑level customer service and follow‑up with healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in Paediatrics, OBGYN, Dermatology or Travel Medicine is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Positive attitude, strong ownership and a learning mindset.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a small collaborative team.
• Singaporean or PR status preferred; own transport is a plus.
