Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an organised, growth‑minded Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to manage and expand a specialised product portfolio across multiple therapeutic areas. You will work directly with healthcare professionals to introduce new brands, drive market penetration and support the strategic goals of our partner principals.

Key responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics and pharmacies to introduce products, secure new listings and generate prescriptions.
• Execute tailored sales and marketing strategies provided by each principal while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Analyse assigned territories, develop plans to increase brand penetration and maintain strong market presence.
• Build trusted relationships with specialists, general practitioners and pharmacists, delivering data‑driven product education.
• Coordinate medical seminars, exhibitions and public forums to raise brand awareness.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor activity and feedback for the Sales & Marketing Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback and territory growth.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management skills to handle multiple brands.
• Adaptable – able to learn different clinical data sets and switch focus throughout the day.
• Excellent presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
