Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

About the role

Organon is seeking a motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote its cardiovascular and women’s health portfolio to healthcare professionals in Singapore. The role combines scientific product knowledge with sales expertise to drive brand awareness and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Organon’s cardiovascular and women’s health products to relevant healthcare professionals in a compliant, scientific manner.
• Execute promotional activities, address customer queries, and generate demand to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with customers, Organon, and distributors to ensure contracts, stocking, and deliveries are in place.
• Monitor account sales, provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager, and implement trade‑discount programs as required.
• Identify new business opportunities in private medical centres and GP clinics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Create and deliver tailored presentations to meet HCP needs.

Required profile

• Passion and drive for sales and delivering healthcare solutions.
• Degree or diploma in biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field (highly preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical or related sales experience.
• Experience in cardiovascular, metabolic, or women’s health products is an advantage.
• Strong team player with willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and personal car.
• Local Singaporean or PR status.
