Pharmaceutical Technician (WDA)

About the role

We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Technician to join our manufacturing operations team. The role supports tablet manufacturing, equipment cleaning, and ensures compliance with cGMP standards while working 12‑hour rotating shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations according to the production schedule, adhering to cGMP and site EHS rules.
• Complete documentation on modules, review RT reports, and provide accurate information for visual boards.
• Maintain equipment by cleaning, maintenance, calibration, and setup for tablet manufacturing modules.
• Conduct basic shop‑floor troubleshooting, initiate RTPS sheets, and escalate issues when needed.
• Provide detailed information for incidents, events, and atypical occurrences to support investigations.
• Deliver on‑the‑job training and technical skill training to staff as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Technical School graduate with background in operations and maintenance in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour rotating day/night shifts.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

Required skills

• Cleanroom gowning procedures.
• Knowledge of cGMP and GMP operations.
• Equipment cleaning, maintenance, and calibration.
• Production planning and scheduling using SAP PP.
• Laboratory processes and manufacturing quality control.
