Pharmacist – Clinical Pharmacy Position

About the role

We are seeking a qualified pharmacist to join a multidisciplinary healthcare team focused on acute and chronic disease management. The role ensures safe and effective medication use, supports patient well‑being, and contributes to research and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate actively in regular inpatient clinical rounds.
• Perform medication reconciliation for admitted patients.
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
• Counsel patients on their medication treatment plans.
• Communicate timely and accurate drug information to healthcare staff.
• Provide education to the public, patients, students, and fellow healthcare workers on safe medication use.
• Engage in research and quality‑improvement projects within the pharmacy section.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy.
• Eligible for registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Enjoys interacting with people at all levels.
