About the role

Join the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) program as a Pharmacy Technician at MSD, supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in a state‑of‑the‑art facility.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned pharmaceutical operations and ensure accurate documentation on modules.
• Meet performance metrics for the assigned operations.
• Provide timely and accurate information to visual boards.
• Maintain good facility housekeeping.
• Communicate effectively during shift handover.

Required profile

• Diploma or Technical School graduate with a background in operations and maintenance.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour rotating day/night shifts.
• PMETs or mid‑career individuals with no prior biopharma experience are welcome.
• Open to a two‑year fixed‑term contract.
• Singaporean or Singapore PR status.
