Physiotherapist – Community Care (2 positions)

About the role

We are seeking two enthusiastic Physiotherapists to join our community‑care team across Singapore. You will deliver comprehensive physiotherapy services in home, community, hospital and nursing‑home settings, helping clients improve mobility, strength and overall quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical, functional and mobility status.
• Design and implement individualized physiotherapy intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
• Provide evidence‑based therapy to enhance strength, balance, endurance, mobility and movement efficiency.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercises, fall‑prevention and safe mobility techniques.
• Accurately monitor and document progress, treatment outcomes and clinical interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic, client‑centred care.
• Participate in case conferences, community outreach and health‑promotion activities.
• Supervise therapy assistants and support clinical student placements as required.
• Engage in internal training and continuous professional development programmes.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
• Relevant experience in rehabilitation, community care or healthcare settings is advantageous.
