Planner – Manufacturing Scheduling

About the role

Planner responsible for high‑complexity manufacturing line scheduling, line OTD, tool configuration, capacity planning and support for field and home‑tool activities at Applied Materials in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control high‑complexity manufacturing multiple‑line scheduling, considering business demands, manufacturing and material constraints.
• Own line OTD and manage tool configuration and slotting.
• Approve and allocate NPMA (Non Pure Manufacturing Activities).
• Design efficient lines focusing on responsiveness, inventory and linear workload.
• Monitor line performance and drive KPI improvements (OTD, EOP, CT, SOE).
• Support manufacturing capacity fulfillment and manage training period allocation.
• Serve as main contact for Product Support teams and plan field support activities.
• Determine manufacturing capacity needs and manage retrofit projects.
• Plan home‑tools support activities and manage R&D needs as main contact for R&D teams.
• Manage option build plan cycle.
