Planner (Supply Chain)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Planner to join our dynamic team. In this position you will create and manage plans and schedules that meet diverse customer requirements, ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Issue replenishment orders to external suppliers and inter‑company manufacturing plants.
• Monitor inventory levels against targets and update delivery status in customer sales orders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Plant Planners to guarantee timely order delivery.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings, providing supply updates and preparing order‑status or inventory reports for key customers.
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports on critical tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher, preferably in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration or a related field.
• One year of experience in supply planning, production scheduling or logistics within multinational or manufacturing environments (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Proactive, can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
