About the role
The Planning Engineer will support construction projects across Singapore by creating, updating and monitoring detailed schedules. You will work closely with subcontractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure that labour, material and equipment are aligned with the project timeline.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain construction schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Produce visual schedule aids such as bar charts and procedure diagrams.
- Track progress against baseline and provide regular updates throughout the construction phase.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and internal departments to anticipate resource demands.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and assist with progress claim documentation.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in building or civil project planning.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Project.
