Planning & Site Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Planning & Site Manager to lead production planning and tool room operations for Small Tool Technologies Singapore. The role ensures that manufacturing meets demand, quality standards and delivery targets while maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage production schedules to meet demand and quality requirements.
• Monitor manufacturing output, on‑time delivery and budget performance.
• Determine manpower, equipment, tools and material needs and assign staff accordingly.
• Oversee the tool room, ensuring tool availability, proper storage and compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement opportunities using APQP, Kaizen and lean manufacturing principles.
• Prepare and submit performance and status reports and maintain accurate production documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a production planner with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of APQP, Kaizen, lean manufacturing and MRP/ERP planning tools.
• High school diploma; further education or a manufacturing/engineering degree preferred.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
