Porsche Consultant – New Car Sales

About the role

Porsche Singapore is looking for an experienced Porsche Consultant to join its Sales and Customer Excitement team. The consultant will act as a brand ambassador, guiding customers through the entire new‑car purchase journey and ensuring a premium ownership experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer consultations, advise on vehicle configuration, create offers and close contracts.
• Deliver seamless purchase and ownership experiences, identifying opportunities for higher‑specification upgrades and additional services.
• Manage the hospitality and well‑being of all Porsche Studio visitors, building trust and long‑lasting relationships.
• Maintain and optimise the sales funnel, update customer data in CRM@Porsche, and coordinate test drives, financing, insurance, trade‑in offers, equipment orders and pre‑delivery inspections.
• Support marketing events and campaigns, host participants, nurture leads and convert interest into sales.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects such as vehicle shifting and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the luxury automotive segment.
• Proven track record of success in new‑car sales.
• Strong passion for the Porsche brand and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM@Porsche (C@P) or similar customer relationship management systems.
