Post Producer – Beauty & FMCG Content

About the role

WPP Production is seeking an experienced Post Producer to lead the delivery of high‑quality content for beauty and FMCG brands across broadcast, digital and social channels. You will act as the operational backbone of the post‑production process, overseeing timelines, vendors and client expectations from offline edit through final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end post‑production schedules for multiple concurrent campaigns, ensuring on‑time delivery without compromising quality.
• Allocate internal post‑production resources and coordinate external vendors to meet project requirements.
• Serve as the primary client contact during the post phase, providing status updates and managing revision rounds.
• Track and control post‑production budgets, raise purchase orders, reconcile costs and flag potential overruns.
• Brief creative and technical teams on deliverable specifications for TVC, digital video, social cut‑downs, OOH adaptations and more.
• Ensure final assets pass technical QC, comply with broadcaster and platform specifications, and are delivered via the correct channels.
• Coordinate feedback loops between agency creatives, clients and post teams to keep revisions structured and turn‑arounds tight.

Required profile

• Proven experience in post‑production for beauty or FMCG brands.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on quality and technical compliance.
