About the role
As a Power Electronics Control Intern you will contribute to the design, modeling, analysis and validation of advanced power conversion systems, including AC‑DC and DC‑DC converters for low‑voltage and medium‑voltage applications. The internship offers hands‑on experience with control systems, system‑level behavior and laboratory validation, working alongside experienced power electronics, firmware and system engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in modeling and analysis of power converters and control loops using control‑oriented techniques.
- Support development and evaluation of control strategies for AC‑DC and DC‑DC power converters.
- Help characterize system behavior, including stability, transient response and operating limits.
- Participate in laboratory testing, debugging and validation of power electronics hardware.
- Support data collection, analysis and documentation of experimental results.
