Power Platform Developer – Contract (Singapore)

About the role

The Power Platform Developer will join a small, augmented delivery team to create automation solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform for urgent, compliance‑driven use cases. The initial focus is the HIPD Star Rated Items workflow, which spans vendor submission, data ingestion, multi‑stage approval, and reporting. You will work closely with the Lead BA, solution architect, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into auditable, maintainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions using Power Apps (canvas and model‑driven), Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Create Power Apps forms and interfaces for staff review, comment capture, and approval decisions.
• Develop multi‑stage Power Automate flows that handle data ingestion, routing, status updates, notifications, and vendor clarification loops.
• Configure SharePoint document libraries and lists as the system of record, managing metadata, versioning, and status tracking.
• Integrate FormSG (with SingPass/CorpPass authentication) into downstream SharePoint and Power Automate processing.
• Build reporting interfaces that query SharePoint data, allow filtering, and support export for downstream use.
• Support external API integrations for document validation and anomaly checks, and conduct unit testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience building solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven ability to develop Power Apps (canvas or model‑driven) and complex Power Automate flows.
• Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online, including document libraries, lists, metadata, and permissions.
• Experience implementing multi‑stage approval workflows with audit trails and status tracking.
