PR & Communication Lead

About the role

As the PR & Communication Lead you will build AI Rudder’s global public‑relations function from scratch, reporting to the Head of Go‑To‑Market. The role focuses on strengthening the brand across Southeast Asia, Latin America and future growth markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global PR and corporate communications strategy aligned with Go‑To‑Market priorities.
• Lead employer‑branding initiatives in partnership with People & Talent to attract top talent worldwide.
• Create thought‑leadership programmes, including bylines, executive commentary and speaking opportunities.
• Manage analyst relations with firms such as Gartner and G2 to boost visibility and credibility.
• Partner with senior leadership to build executive profiles through media interviews, conferences, podcasts and awards.
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends and competitor activity to inform communications strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Leadership and People teams to ensure consistent external messaging.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS or AI.
• Proven experience managing analyst relations with firms like Gartner or G2.
• Track record of developing PR strategies that enhance brand awareness, thought leadership and employer branding.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling ability to translate complex AI concepts for enterprise audiences.
• Experience building executive profiling programmes (media interviews, podcasts, awards).
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and ability to work closely with senior leadership.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
