About the role

NTUC First Campus is seeking enthusiastic preschool teachers to deliver English‑medium early childhood education across Singapore. You will work closely with parents and colleagues to nurture children’s holistic development, instill life‑long learning values, and create a safe, joyful classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

Partner with parents to support each child’s social, emotional and cognitive growth.
Design and deliver age‑appropriate English language activities and lessons.
Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom setting.
Assess and monitor children’s progress, providing feedback to families.
Collaborate with the teaching team to continuously improve curriculum and teaching practices.

Required profile

Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (e.g., DECCE‑T, CECCCE) or Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education.
GCE ‘O’ Level credit in English.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Team‑player attitude with a genuine passion for inspiring young learners.
