Principal - FSI Banking Transformation

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Principal in its FSI practice in Singapore to lead the Command Centre for a banking transformation programme. The role ensures real-time control, seamless application migration, strong governance and coordinated execution across technology, business and vendor teams.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and operate the Command Centre for end-to-end migration, testing and cutover oversight.
• Govern the Integrated Master Plan, risks, issues, dependencies and programme-wide progress reporting.
• Oversee application migration planning, readiness tracking, scheduling alignment and business impact minimisation.
• Demonstrate experience leading Command Centre activities across dress rehearsals and production cutovers.
• Drive business engagement, readiness checkpoints, communication alignment and cutover coordination.
• Lead programme communications including dashboards, cutover and hypercare briefings, executive summaries and stakeholder reporting.
• Provide executive oversight of hypercare performance, issue resolution pathways, documentation completeness and BAU transition readiness.
• Lead the implementation of Generative AI-based use cases for programme governance.

Required profile

• 10-15 years in command centre leadership, programme governance or large-scale transformation roles in financial institutions.
• Strong expertise in migration planning, testing governance, risk and issue management and cross-functional alignment.
• Sound understanding of key business processes across corporate, wealth and retail banking domains.
• Experience with modern AI tools and automation platforms to improve delivery, reporting and decision-making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and executive reporting capability; pre-sales experience preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Azure, DevOps, infrastructure and regulatory expectations.
• Familiarity with operational resilience frameworks.
